Allow me to re-introduce myself!
I think the last time I "introduced myself" was when we had about 200 following my journey, so I thought it was about time I said hello to all our new lovely subscribers!
My name is Thomas, I love my wife, my two boys and mountain biking (although I don’t get to do that much these days).
I started Thomas Cookie Co way back in 2016 with a passion I had for creating the best cookies possible. I remember I always used to get cookies in my office at my old job and just hated what was on offer, I could never find anything I really loved!
So I started baking, I used to bring my cookies in for my colleagues and they all said I should sell them… so I did!
I started at home (well actually, my now mothers-in-law’s kitchen) and took my goodies down to our first market in Tonbridge Kent…
Fast forward 6 years (wow) and here we are, I have a small team working together to get everything baked and packed at our cookie factory in Kent.
It’s been quite a journey over the last 6 years, started very slow but is really picking up now and very exciting!
It couldn’t have happened without our amazing customers though… I’m so grateful to you all.
